Dr. Bethany Harris
Founder & Licensed Clinical Psychologist (License #: FL PY 12002; TX 40145)
Dr. Bethany Harris received her Master’s degree in Psychology and doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University. She has extensive and diverse experience working with individuals across the lifespan through therapy and psychological assessment. Dr. Harris has worked in the community mental health clinic, forensic, and private practice settings meeting the needs of individuals and families presenting with a wide range of mental health, behavioral, and socioemotional difficulties.
Dr. Harris is described as warm, genuine, and reflective. She acknowledges the expertise brought to the room by the client regarding the client’s own experiences and hopes to serve as a partner in their journey toward insight, progress, and change. Her goal is to meet clients where they are, understand their needs, and work together through positive change in a validating and supportive environment.
Dr. Harris sees clients both in-person and via telehealth. She currently has a waitlist for new clients.
Dr. Marah Friedman
Licensed Clinical Psychologist (License #: TX 40131)
Dr. Friedman graduated with her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She has experience providing assessment and therapeutic intervention with youth and families in community mental health, forensic, and private practice settings.
Dr. Friedman strives to create a supportive environment in which clients feel both validated and challenged to make changes to meet their goals. She works with clients to collaboratively develop a plan to target specific behaviors and thoughts that are getting in the way of having a fulfilling life. Her goal is for clients to leave every session feeling more equipped to navigate life stressors.
Dr. Friedman is currently seeing clients via telehealth. She currently has availability for new clients.
Dr. Danitsa Cochran
Post-Doctoral Resident
Dr. Cochran is a post-doctoral resident working under the direct supervision of licensed psychologist, Dr. Bethany Harris. She earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and she moved to Florida in 2022. Dr. Cochran has worked in community outpatient, forensic, school, substance abuse, and behavioral health settings, and has experience treating a wide range of difficulties and disorders.
Dr. Cochran utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach to meet the therapeutic needs of her clients. She is passionate about helping her clients gain a stronger understanding of themselves, so they may improve their lives by way of transformed thoughts and actions.

Dr. Edward Odom
Post-Doctoral Resident
Dr. Odom is a post-doctoral resident working under the direct supervision of licensed psychologist, Dr. Bethany Harris. He earned his doctorate degree in Clinical and School Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. Dr. Odom has provided assessment and psychotherapy in community, forensic, and inpatient psychiatric settings. Dr. Odom is committed to providing a safe and validating therapeutic environment, with an understanding that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is paramount to achieving long-term success. His treatment work emphasizes fostering clients’ self-acceptance with a simultaneous focus on identifying and changing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that interfere with a person living in accordance with their values and goals. Ultimately, Dr. Odom’s aim is to equip clients with therapeutic tools and coping skills that promote a life worth living.
